Zero Investment. Real Savings. Here's Exactly How.

The Model

How Our Funding Solutions Work

Reef is not a traditional contractor. We design, fund, install, monitor, and maintain energy infrastructure under a single agreement — with savings built into the economics from the start. Here's what makes the model work.

Zero upfront capital

Reef and our specialist funders cover 100% of the equipment and installation cost. You make a monthly payment that is structurally lower than your current energy spend.

We guarantee the performance

Your savings target is written into the contract. If systems underperform against that benchmark in any year, Reef credits the difference on your next invoice.

Maintenance, built in

Under EaaS and PPA agreements, all maintenance, repairs, and replacements are included. For lease structures, comprehensive maintenance packages are available.

You keep the savings

Everything above your contracted monthly payment goes to your bottom line. There's no revenue-share — savings are yours.
